A tribute to Melanie Shouse

Melanie Shouse, 41, spent much of her last years fighting for health care reform along with members of TrueMajority and USAction.

Melanie died a few weeks ago from breast cancer. She was still fighting her insurance company for coverage, and fighting Congress to finish reform right.

We'll deliver the stories and condolences sent by TrueMajority members to Melanie's close friends and family at the end of Melanie's March. We'll also make sure these stories, and Melanie's, are heard by the politicians who need to remember that there are real lives on the line in the health care reform debate.

Melanie died waiting for Congress to act. Please share your story so we don't have to wait any longer.
