China and the Budget - a solution

Everyone's focused on how much stuff we import from China. But we have plenty of manufacturing ability right here in the U.S.

But China spends a fraction of what we do on tanks and bombs, and earns a fortune selling us products we could make ourselves. So today, all the news and pundits are saying that China's is the economy to watch, while America is faltering.

There's a lesson there for the people who write our budgets. And they need to hear it right now, because they just started writing the next budget. Use this page to tell Peter Orszag to write a budget that reflects our priorities.
